May Day (Beltane) Festival
After a long, cold winter, the snow is finally melting, the flowers are pushing through, and the earth is waking up again. It’s time to celebrate! Join us for a Beltane gathering at the beautiful Folly & Friends Mustang Sanctuary — a day rooted in good company, new growth, and the simple joy of being outside together after months of hiding indoors.
We’ll welcome the warm half of the year with music and dancing, and as the sun goes down, we’ll gather around the fire to close out the evening in true Beltane fashion — feel free to bring intentions that you’d like to welcome into the year ahead.
What to Expect:
• Maypole dancing
• Flower crown making
• Live music
• Photo-ops
• Snacks provided
• BYOB
• Bonfire at sunset
• The sanctuary’s mustangs frolicking in the background
Tickets are $10 per person, payable in advance or at the entrance. You’ll also have the opportunity to make an additional donation to the sanctuary and the mustangs who call it home — a meaningful way to give a little something back to the land and its creatures.
Come with bare feet if you like. Bring your people. The season is finally calling.
Paper Mache Mask-Making
Dive into the world of papier mâché in a creative 2-hour workshop that’s perfect for everyone—whether you’re a seasoned artist or a complete beginner! This is your chance to express yourself through art and make your own unique masks inspired by animals, celestial beings, the abstract, or your wildest imagination.
The Workshop:
We’ll provide all the materials you need, and you’ll learn the basics of mask-making in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Come with your friends or meet new ones as we share ideas and techniques. You’ll leave having made a one-of-a-kind masterpiece that reflects your personality and creativity. No prior experience is required—just bring your enthusiasm and a desire to have fun!
All ages are welcome - children under 12 must have adult supervision.
Drying time:
You will have the option of either leaving your mask to dry and picking it up the next weekend or bringing it home to dry - they will take a few days to dry either way. If you choose to bring it home please be sure to bring something to protect it during transportation.
Discount for 2 Workshops:
Because some masks may take longer to finish, we’re offering the option to attend a second workshop for $10 off. Attendees who participate in both days will pay a discounted $60, while those who attend only one session will pay the full $35. Your second ticket will go to your choice of one of our future papier mâché workshops. This flexible format allows you to complete your mask at your own pace and enjoy the creative process over two sessions if needed. We will have supplies for painting and decorating your masks here as well!

Fairy Festival at St. Peter’s Village
Come frolic with the fairies in St. Peter’s Village this midsummer. Follow the sound of music across the village green, then venture deeper into the woods, where fairies hide, art hangs between the branches, and a little fairy dust awaits you behind every tree.
Check in for the event at Poprox Mini Mercantile and receive a Fairy Passport with your ticket purchase. This is an afternoon catered to adults and children alike, and anyone who wants a good excuse to believe in fairies. Costumes encouraged!
On The Green
Enjoy live music, face painting, fairy crowns, and a photo booth with fairy accessories. The Snug will have a special fairy cider to keep the magic flowing and there will be other little stops to visit throughout the village as well.
In the Woods
A woodland art exhibit with several talented artists, a sticker hunt, roving bards, fairy sightings marked by Greta’s stunning tie-dye dresses, and a timed Fairy Hunt at 3pm — one chance to find them all and claim your reward. And you won’t want to miss Kelsey’s fairy photoshoot area at the beginning of the trail, complete with extra costumes and magical atmosphere.
Your Fairy Passport
Every ticket comes with a passport to stamp throughout the day, which you can pick up at Poprox Mini Mercantile. Collect yours and you’ll be entered into our midsummer raffle. First 50 guests also receive a fairy crown, a photo booth print, and their first stamp to start the journey.
And as you walk the woods — please leave them a little more magical than you found them.

Harvest (Michaelmas) Festival
The days are growing shorter, the air is beginning to crisp, and the harvest is coming in. It’s time to gather before the dark fully settles — to share what we’ve grown, face fears together, and remember that light holds even when the nights are long.
Join us for a Michaelmas celebration at Folly & Friends Mustang Sanctuary — an evening rooted in courage, community, and the old tradition of bringing something to the table.
We’ll build a feast together out of what everyone brings in, tell stories around the fire, and take a moment to name the dragons in our own lives — and remember we have what it takes to face them.
What to Expect:
• Stone soup potluck — bring a dish or ingredient to add to the feast (we’ll have a cauldron going over the fire; bring a vegetable or seasoning to throw in, or a dish to share on the side)
• Leaf crowns and crafts making — craft a small token of your own courage, and write down the dragon you’re facing this season
• An impromptu play telling the story of Michael and the Dragon — willing participants encouraged
• Storytelling and poetry around the fire — bring a poem, a story or song you’re proud of, or something you’re ready to release as the year turns
• Apple bobbing, tasting, and cider
• Bonfire all day — we’ll burn our dragons together as the light holds against the dark
• BYOB
• The sanctuary’s mustangs frolicking in the background

St. Peter's Village Fairy Fest
On September 13th, journey into a land of magic and wonder nestled in the charming streets of St. Peter’s Village, Pennsylvania. Hosted by Poprox Mini Mercantile and friends, this fairy-tale celebration invites dreamers of all ages to revel in the enchantment of fairies, elves, gnomes, goblins, queens, and kings of the forest. Join them in dancing among the ancient boulders, shimmering waters and lively trees alongside the village.

Fairy Finery and Forest Friends: Don our fairy finery to wear among the enchanted trees, and perhaps dance into the forest for a little photoshoot - who knows what magical treasures and fun characters you might find there.
Whimsical Crafts and Play: Delight in pottery, fairy tinsel hair, fairy ears, and other enchanting activities that transform you into a creature of the wild woods.
Savor Magical Elixirs: Indulge your tastebuds with fresh cider from The Snug cidery or enjoy hearty fare at the village Inn or Bakery.
Seek Hidden Treasures: Embark on a fairy scavenger hunt, collecting tiny memories and discovering secret treasures hidden in the enchanted landscape.

This magical event is free—no registration required. Come dressed in your fairy finery if you wish, and let your imagination take flight.

Deuling Banjos (and dueling artists)
Come hang out with us outside at Poprox Mini Mercantile in St. Peter’s Village for a chill and creative day! Kelsey and Yenna will be creating live art pieces while two talented musicians play some relaxing tunes. Kick back in a hammock or a comfy chair, sip on some tasty cider from The Snug cidery just across the street, and enjoy the day. Whether you’re an art fan or just looking for a laid-back afternoon outdoors, it’s a perfect spot to relax, soak up some creativity, and maybe even meet new friends. We’d love to see you there!
