Terms & Policies Agreement

For the 2026 Ladies Picnic hosted by Kelsey Hamilton Art

By purchasing a ticket to this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.

1. Event Overview

This photoshoot is a ladies-only gathering located at Folly and Friends Mustang Sanctuary. Participants must be 18 years or older to attend and to be photographed. Children are welcome to accompany a guardian, with the exception of boys older than age 4, who we kindly ask to arrange alternate care for the duration of the event.

This is a recreational, social photography event. It is not a professional modeling shoot, and no compensation is provided to attendees for participation or image use.

2. Assumption of Risk

Activities may include walking on uneven or natural terrain, wading in water, and being outdoors in variable weather. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to slips, falls, insect bites, sun exposure, and water-related hazards. Kelsey Hamilton Art and Folly and Friends Mustang Sanctuary are not liable for injury, illness, lost or damaged property, or personal belongings during the event.

3. Photo & Media Release

By attending this event, you grant Kelsey Hamilton Art the right to photograph and/or film you, and to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and share those images for marketing, promotional, editorial, and portfolio purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, print materials, and advertising — without additional compensation.

Your right to opt out of specific photos: If there is a specific photo you do not want used publicly, you may notify us at any point during the event or within 30 days afterward, and we will honor that request and refrain from using or sharing that image.

4. Nudity & Partial Nudity Consent Policy

This event includes an optional opportunity for partial or full undress in a natural, non-sexualized setting. The following policy governs how any such images are handled:

  • Participation is fully optional. No one is required to partially or fully undress to attend or to receive their included photos.

  • We will never publicly share or market images depicting frontal nudity, under any circumstances, without your separate and explicit written permission.

  • Images showing only the back of the body (e.g., bare back/backside, especially where the face is not visible) may be used for marketing and sharing under the general photo release in Section 3, unless you specifically opt out per the process below.

  • Opt-out process: If you participate in any partial-undress photos and do not want them used publicly — regardless of whether your face is shown — simply tell us during the event, or contact us afterward, and we will exclude those specific images from any public or marketing use.

  • All such images are captured and reviewed with discretion. If you're ever unsure whether a photo crosses a line for you, please ask us — we'd rather double check than get it wrong.

5. Image Delivery

Each ticket includes 2+ edited solo photos and up to 20 group photos, per current event pricing. Edited images will be delivered within 30 days via a private Google Drive folder.

6. RSVP & Cancellation Policy

  • Tickets must be purchased at least 48 hours prior to the event to guarantee a spot.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event are eligible for a refund or credit toward a future event.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

  • No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable unless arranged in advance.

7. Event Conduct

This is a ladies-only space intended to feel comfortable, safe, and welcoming. We ask all attendees to be respectful of one another's comfort levels, boundaries, and choices around participation and photography. Kelsey Hamilton Art reserves the right to ask any attendee to leave without refund if their conduct compromises the safety or comfort of others.
