Our entire history overflows with stories of wolves, owls, snakes, buffalo, great blue herons, dogs, cats, cows, and more appearing as guides and companions, each with their own medicine. Finding a spirit animal can be as simple as noticing which creature keeps crossing your path—in dreams, memories, or the places you feel most alive.
